My Versa 2 is not switching on

I’ve just started my new Versa 2 and it’s connected to the charger but nothing happens, it’s not charging neither working

If you haven't done so, please have a look at this: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

In the meantime, let the Versa2 charging for at least 30 minutes.
