I have read the existing posts and I am still not seeing my clock face display. Can someone confirm that a simple wrist flip is all that's required? Is left button the other option?

It worked thanks so much. Still can not get my iPhone 7 to sync to my music , have tried and tried am sitting right next to the computer and the router makes no sense

Hold the left button until it vibrates and then you can change the setting from "manual" to auto

The same thing happens to me when I am biking, even though I use the same gestures as I always do when I am not biking. Is it because the exercise app interferes with the accelerometer or something?
