Lignite Error 69

Hi,

I recently purchased a Versa 2 and am experiencing issues with the Lignite error 69 on my display screen.

This issue arose when I tried to change a clock face in the clock app on my phone. I'm now attempting to  revert to the original clock face of Versa 2, however this is not possible using the app clock as this option doesn't seem to be active.

This error is permanently displayed on my versa 2 screen and doesn't allow me to proceed with using the device.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue and would have guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Hi all, I'm Edwin from Lignite Software Inc.

I only just found this thread now, but am posting for anyone in the future that may run into this issue.

Error 69 occurs when you do not enable all permissions for our clock. Sometimes this error also happens because of a bug in FitbitOS where your permissions are randomly disabled without you ever having changed them.

To fix it, please switch to another clock, and then switch back to ours. When you switch back, make sure that when you switch back you have all of the permission boxes checked ON.

After reinstalling our clock with all permissions enabled, it should work once again.
