My device doesn't seem to let me access most of the functions. Swiping from the clock face does nothing. pressing the upper right button brings up the run screen, but I can't access any of the other exercises. holding it  brings up my last two notifications. Pressing again gives me the clear all option, but it does nothing. I have restarted several times, and fully charged it. I'm stumped. Thanks!

Is the touch screen not functioning? If so that could be a hardware issue and would need to be investigated by customer support.

Called customer support. They asked me to email a video of the problem. When the verify it they will send me a new phone.
