Have had a replacement Versa2...though under warranty have received a grade 2 refurbished ...and the link to set up does not work?

You should be able to set up your replacement in the app.
From the main dashboard screen select your profile image at the top left to go into your profile settings. There, select "set up a device" and specify Versa 2. It will ask if you want to replace your existing Versa 2. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
