Hi Team,
I tried to manufacturing reset with 3 buttons and unpaired my phone, and restared my phone, also tried different phones, iPads, but Versa still says unlock with your phone.
Please help.

Your fitbit locks if you enter the wrong PIN ten times. Ordinarily, you can reset the PIN from the app but as you've disconnected the app from the fitbit this is no longer possible.
Your fitbit will need a factory reset and to be setup from scratch but the problem with this is that you can't initiate a factory reset as you can't get to the settings.
There is a process to do a factory reset using just the buttons but it's undocumented, complicated, and prone to problems. As such, I recommend that you get customer support to talk you through the process. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
