Hi, I am having issues with my Versa screen. It started flashing and then went black and I haven’t been able to turn the screen on again. However it is still working and charging. I know this because i am able to still sync it with my phone. And to test it today, I wore it for a couple of hours and it had recorded my steps etc once I synced it with my phone. I did notice that water must have gotten in as the sensors in the back had fogged a bit. I have never used it to swim with but I have had it on whilst in the shower, but I did think it was water proof to some degree. Has anyone had to repair a Versa screen before and if so where? Or would I have to send back to Fitbit? The watch is roughly 2yrs old.
Thanks for your time!

😞 no way to repair and based on the age you are only left the option of buying a new one. They don't make them like they used to....

Thanks so much for your response. I kind of figured there would be no simple step to fixing it, but thought someone on the forum might have an idea. Never mind! Looks like I’m going to have to buy another fitness watch.. Any suggestions which one I should upgrade to?

shouldn't it be covered under the warranty?

Turns out I think it’s actually nearly 3yrs old. So definitely no warranty. Thanks for your reply 😊
