I couldn't find any way to leave a review on a live chat experience with Fitbit, so I'll just type soemthing here. I needed help with my Versa 2, hoping to get a discount or replacement on mine that I got a while ago but just set up and doesn't work, complicated story. I was helped by Oscar, and he was very quick to respond and assured me that I would be sent a discount code for 50% or at least 35%. Amazing help, :star:️:star:️:star:️:star:️:star:️!

Hi @smn_ba - you should be aware that the discount is only available on the more expensive models.
Also it is not certain that the problem isn't in the new V4 Fitbit App and the watch may still be operational.
Before making any purchases do research as there are plenty of watches available with loads of features.

Hi @smn_ba - if the watch suffers from screen burn this may be less prevalent with other clock faces. Have you tried charging to another one?
Depending on how the watch is used can have a bearing on the amount of burn in that watches acquire, and all will over time.
The latest Fitbit App obviously doesn't have a bearing if that is the issue you have with the watch.
