Hi I have attempted to use live chat several times now but either get the message “Sorry, that page is following a different trail”

or I manage to get in but get cut off from the chat. I am having issues with the alarm function on my Versa 2. When it goes off it is accompanied by only one vibration, not the several it should be. The timer function vibrates fine and the Fitbit app is up to date.

Fitbit Support are also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
