How do I change my stride.  My Versa 2 is counting steps but its about 25% more than I actually take

Hi @Lappdog  -  normally it will adapt to your height well.

 

Check you set it right in your profile settings here and remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync.

 

To start a fresh copy just in case there is an issue try Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart ti and charge it.
