Loading screen?

So my screen is basically loading. It says "to start download the fitbit app" 

  • I have the app downloaded and have logged on several times, it won't connect to my watches bluetooth or give me any other instructions on what to do. It needs an update but without letting me connect to the Bluetooth I can't do that. I'm completely at a loss. What do I do once I'm in the app??

Hi @Narwhal_mermaid Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection issue that your Versa Lite has experienced with your phone's Bluetooth. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the setup process as instructed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
