Randomly the keypad will appear on my watch and it looks like someone is trying to acess it remotely, as numbers are being entered. In the last 24 hours alone my watch has been locked out twice, forcing me to reset my PIN. Note that one of these times the watch was on the charging station, so definitely no accidental hitting of buttons. Please help.

Try restarting your Versa several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt do a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesn't fix it Id suggest you contact Support (link in my signature). Let us know how you go.

Hello @Tfriars, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @NellyG, thanks for all your help.
@Tfriars, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having shared your experience with us. As @NellyG, please restart your Versa following the instructions in the link she provided. If this doesn't seem to work, try a factory reset:
Keep in mind that a factory reset will delete all the information the Versa has recorded on that specific day so I would like to suggest you to sync it one more time before performing the factory reset to prevent any data loss.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
