Good morning to everyone, here my problem is.
I had an old account with old number phone on, since I change a new number im trying to reconnect and here they send me sms to the old number that I do not have anymore, but im trying to use my email access and even that doesn't allow me to access saying repeatedly "unknown error''?
is there someone that could helping me to access back to the account?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @shlomke. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to access to your Fitbit account.
I noticed that you already got in touch with our Support Team and you should receive assistance soon.
In the meantime, if you can’t receive a verification code (for example, if you lost your phone or changed your phone number), use your recovery code to recover your Fitbit account.
You can now log in to your Fitbit account with just your password. If you turn two factor authentication on again, you’ll receive a new recovery code.
We look forward to get you back on track.

thanks for replying, but I still can't access with the email recovery, message coming up like''UNKNOWN ERROR''
