My Fitbit is telling me to unlock it using my phone...once I try to do it via the app it tells me it has encountered a problem and to try again later... it’s been 4hrs and I still can’t ublick my Fitbit

@Orls does it sync properly? It could happen if the Bluetooth connection is unstable. Try to restoring the connectivity first and then unlock with your phone:
The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.
