Absolutely done with trying to unlock my versa. It has locked itself during a boxing session and keeps asking me to reset the pin after the wrong pin being entered too many times.
I have reset both phone and watch. I have deactivated fit pay on my dashboard. I have ensured the app is updated.
The same thing comes up, error connecting to your versa!!
So frustrated

Have you done a Factory Reset? You can also do a Factory Reset using the buttons.

To do a factory reset on the watch I need to get into settings on my watch, however its locked. ![]()
