Hello ive had my versa for a month now and tonight it has just decided to stop working. The screen has gone blank but its still lit up. Has anyone esle had this problem feeling a little gutted

My versa stooped working since May 25 update. Now i am waiting for RMA replacement

Mine was totally fine until I just got into bed and went to look at the time and the screen just went blank 😔

My versa stooped working since May 25 update. Now i am waiting for RMA replacement. My versa stooped had any display. Reset, charge over night, battery only last two hours become back again.... Tested over three days. Now Fitbit ask me to sent it back. I am waiting for a RMA replacement.

Not exactly same prob as you but my fitbit had blank screen but was still connected to phone etc. Someone said restart my phone which I did thinking why would that make a difference. But as soon as it resynced the screen came back on? Thought might be worth a go?!

Hold three buttons together at the same time over 15 sec. Then release all three to see if you can re-start your Versa. If not, please on line chart with Fitbit support team. You should access with Google Chrome only. Not IE.
