Getting messages but no vibration. I am missing the message when it comes to phone. It displays message on watch, but no vibration. Unless I looked every second to see if I received a message I don't know I received one. . I was at work today and boss texted me and I didn't respond, as I did not get a virbration on the watch but the message was there when he looked. That did not go very good and he thinks I just didn't want to do what he asked I have vibration on alarms but not on incoming messages. I have settings set at strong and vibration for notifications. I hope Fitbit can fix the problem. The price I paid for this watch it should work much better than what it does. I also am charging it every other day. I am not using the apps like I should be able to. I have to do this to keep the battery from going down so fast. I am not sure if I got a bad watch. But I have not been very pleased with how mine is not working like it should. Help on fixing the issues on this watch would greatly be appreciated. In job when needed to receive a message could cause so issues at work. This watch is not functioning the way it should. Please help.

I am also encountering the same problem the vibration alert for text messages and call no longer is functioning oroperly and i have reset everything. I tested the alarm and the vibration works on this function. It seems from other posts this is a re-occuring fault with Versa?? I am also having to swipe down to see any notifications where as normally it would pop up on the screen to read. Please help thanks in advance. Mark

Hopefully Fitbit will fix this as this is a very expensive watch that does not work as well as an off brand watch I had. I gave my $32.00 off brand watch away when I bought the Versa. Reason I bought it was because it is a Fitbit. Just about everyone was showing off their iPhone watch. Thought I'd show off my Fitbit watch. That backfired now since I do not get my messages when they text me they would not want a Versa Fitbit........ FITBIT..... IT APPEARS TO BE A DEFAULT IN THE WATCH. ....FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!

FITBIT IT SAYS MY ISSUE WAS SOLVED. NO, NO IT IS NOT SOLVED I STILL DO NOT HAVE VIBRATION ON MESSAGES.
