Hello, I have a Versa, which is asking me to Unlock with my phone. Have tried to unlock with my phone with no success. I made the mistake of deleting the versa from the App and can no longer unlock because the versa was deleted. I have tried to set the device up again but wants the display number and because the versa has been locked does not display the number. Have tried everything, factory reset, uninstalling App and rebooting phone, still nothing. I tried the 3 button methods reset but i don't get the strong vibration when releasing the bottom right.
Help please

Exact same thing happening to me. Called them ans was told nothing can be done because the device I bought"brand new" from ebay has already been replaced. Must have sold me the new replacement. They said because i cant remember the pin nothing else can be done. Thing is I remember thw pin it got locked while replacing the band. I read that if you delete any cards from the fitbit pay wallet you can then turn pin off in app. I made the same mistake of deleting the versa from the app so cannot do that now. I even drilled holes in my charger because i read the button wipe needs to be done while on the charger (which blocks the buttons). Ive had it for 5 days and it looks like i paid for a brick. If you havnt tried the button method on a charger you might try drilling holes where the buttons are to do it but it didnt work for me.

I talked to Customer Support yesterday. They were unable to do the "button reset", so given that my device is now unpaired from my phone and cannot be manually reset and I cannot get off the home screen (due to the device lock), they told me to send it back to them for a replacement.
I was e-mailed by Fitbit and provided a postal address to mail it back to (at my own expense). Once received, they said a replacement would be sent in 5 business days.
So I'm off to the UPS store today to get it sent back.

Good for you, at least you'll get areplacement. I really liked the device for the short term I had it but I think I' m just going to try the new galaxy watch active. I like the idea of having samsung pay better than fitbit pay as well. Good luck to you bud.

Nope, just waiting for a replacement one. But how can it be impossible to unlock it ?? What a waste, it was a month old....
