Hi There, I recently had to take my FitBit Versa back to the store after 9 months because all of the features progressively failed over a two week period where it became little more than a digital watch.
I've now had the replacement watch for about three weeks and the touch screen is acting as though it is being touched and is doing it own thing and preventing me from using the watch as I can't over ride the self induced movements to do what I need to do. It also results in the battery draining in less than 24 hours.
I have under taken all of the standard processes, ensured the software is up to date, restarted it, deleted and repaired with my mobile, factory reset the watch, everything!!
I have been a long time supporter of FitBit, but I'm about to return this second Versa and look to changing to a different brand if this is not resolved soon.
