I think its healthier for me to cut my losses and move on from this bad relationship. My versa hasnt worked in 4 weeks (either a bad battery or a bad charger) and i know better than to send it back because last summer it took them 8 weeks to send me a replacement for a 4 week old defective watch. Sometimes people get got and im chalking this up to my turn to get got. This was my first experience with fitbit. I liked the price range vs Apple and the look. Now that the watches cost the same, im going to a place where i can expect better quality and support if things go bad. This versa is ridiculous. I never submerged it in water. It was never banged around. It is an 8 month old watch and it it hasnt worked for 4 weeks. While i am sharing on this platform, you better believe ive been sharing my fitbit horror stories with others. Even when the fitbit worked, i warned others that yhis was not the product to invest in. Goodluck people
