Why is my exercise registered on the app on my phone but not on the watch????

@NicolaSkinkis Is it automatically recognized exercise or did you start it manually? Nevertheless, in both cases Versa registers raw data that is later on synced via fitbit app to fitbit servers where all the calculations happen (in the cloud). The calculated data is then synced back to Fitbit app and then to your Versa what you can see as Stats. So, you probably need to sync several times. You can also reboot your phone and the tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears (for Versa Lite - press the back button for 10 seconds).
