Logging a driving activity did not remove steps.

I charged my Fitbit, and it logged 4,168 steps in two hours as I watched a movie (I didn’t put it on a V8, it was sitting on my coffee table.. VIBRATING ghosts??) so.. I searched for a fix, finding the same one every time - log the time period as driving.

Ok. Cool.

So I logged the time from Midnight (when it resets) to the time I found the error to 2:38am. It deleted like, 100 steps.

Uhm. Help?

Hello @Flapjax, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you to delete that specific driving activity and try to add a new one, only this time, instead of start exactly from midnight, start from 12:01 AM. If this doesn't seem to work, please log in the driving activity from the Activities Section on the online Dashboard once again.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
