Why am I getting the Look Alive notifications multiple times every night? How do I turn it off???

That's the silent alarm, and could be snooze alarm 9 minutes later if you don't dismiss it.  Check if you have alarms set.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Is it going off relatively close to the time of an alarm you have set? If it is within 30 minutes of a known alarm, check to see if you have the "smart awake" option set for that alarm.

Smart awake monitors your sleep patterns and may wake you earlier to ensure you are more likely to wake refreshed - at least that is what it claims to do.

What is a silent alarm?  I have no alarms set, yet tonight for the first ever I got one these "Look Alive" alerts?

For info...  No it's not Alexa.  I don't use smart anything in my house.  I'll keep searching for answers.  Thanks
