This is terribly frustrating I bought I 1st Fitbit in may 2020 by July it would no longer sync no matter what I did. It was still under Warrenty so I got a replacement by mid august. I’m now having the same issue with the replacement the watch seems to be 30 min back at all times and almost impossible to sync. It has now stopped syncing all together. I think this product just has a design flaw.. it can’t be just mine that has this issue 2

I tried that it didn’t work. It’s an iPhone 7 pro
I checked to see if I have any OS updates. I don’t.

Is the Fitbit app up to date?
Have you tried all 8-10 steps as well as through a different phone?
