I have the versa 2, only had it 5 days and about ready to take it back. I had the charge 2 for 2 years and never had problems...even with a cracked screen. I have a samsung Galaxy s9 plus, never had connection issues with the charge 2, but versa 2 doesnt want to stay connected. I try to use Alexa and even if I do get my phone to connect the versa it tells me the connection is lost, reconnect in the app and allow it to run in the background. Did all of that, still doesn't work. Reset phone, reset watch, deleted app and installed again, NOTHING WORKS!!

@MaymeLD It's nice to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Sorry for the delayed reply. It's pretty weird that Alexa isn't staying connected. In this case, I would like you to make sure your Versa 2 is syncing all the time to your phone to confirm Alexa is working. Are you seeing that your watch is syncing when you're trying to use Alexa?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Yes it is set to sync all day. I haven't had a problem with it today. But considering the problems I've had in the week I've had it, I most likely won't keep it. For the money it costs I shouldn't have these problems. This is the worst experience I've had with a product.
