I have been a Fitbit Alta user for several years and loved it. I also have been a Loseit Premium user and always was able to enjoy syncing my two. I  upgraded to the new Versa and love it. I can not use my Loseit  premium with my new Versa. My question is why ? Versa is not listed as a device that can be used with Loseit. Will that change ? Is it because Versa is still new. I would really appreciate any information on this. I would like to enjoy my Versa with my Paid subscription of loseit.

Fitbit provides a free and open API for 3rd party developers to use with their apps to integrate your Fitbit data with their apps. You would need to ask them as Fitbit has no control over how the API is used or whether they use it at all.

Loseit was an option with my Alta to link. With my new Versa it is not. That is why I asked the question here with Fitbit. I have also sent an email question to Loseit.
