My versa just recently started losing time overnight by over an hour. I reset the watch and it still doing the same thing. Only time the watch time is reset back to normal I have to go into the app and manually sync the device. And often times its say no device found. Can someone please help.

I used to have this problem with my Versa too, and I have to say, Fitbit tech support was completely useless.

"We're sorry that you're having this trouble.  Here are the steps to restart your device."
Yeah, already did that.  Didn't work.

"Try this different method of restarting your device."
Already did that too.  That didn't work either.

I ended up having to completely delete my Versa from my Fitbit account and set it up all over again -- twice! -- to get the time to go back to normal.

Anyway, my Versa's screen went totally black on me a few days ago and all Fitbit will do for me is offer me 25% off the price of a new device, even though my Versa is only three months old.  I'm done with Fitbit; their "warranty" sucks and from what I've been hearing from other Versa users, they're duds anyway.

I hope you have better luck with your device than I had with mine.
