Losing numbers

I've been losing information. I'll check my dashboard and I've got 30 minutes of activity and my Versa says 48 minutes. When I pull down to refresh the app, my Versa reverts to 30 minutes of activity. This has happened on numerous occasions and also on my steps for the day.

Are you referring to minutes of a recorded exercise? Or are the active minutes? 

Do you have mobile track enabled?
