After the upgrade I lost all data (sleep, water, weight, exercise, steps, floors - everything) after June 2018. I have done force reset, bluetooth, etc. I need help. This is a huge mess FitBit.

Hi @FriscoToDallas , did you sync your Versa before the update with your Fitbit app? If you do not have done that, indeed you lost all of your data before the last sync. I have still all data on my account ever since I bought the Fitbit Surge. Regards kuzibri

@FriscoToDallas Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I've noticed that some users have experienced the same. However, this is due to accidentally creating another account, this might happen when you have two email addresses and you logged in using another one, this can happen when you have a similar email address too.
I would like you to log into your Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture, check below your name and you'll find the date that you joined Fitbit. If it says you joined recently, it might be that you logged into another account.
Thanks for the assistance provided @WendyB and @SunsetRunner.
Keep me posted!
