So it looks like after Fitbit updated, I couldn’t log in. It wouldn't recognize my email and password. Now, none of my data is on when I sign up with my same email and password. my my data is gone from the last 4-5 years!

Are you sure that's the email you used before? The system doesn't let you sign up with an email that's already in use. You'll only get your data back if you login with the email and password you used first time round.

@Lilsoe you really need to log out of the Fitbit app and log in with your other email.
Have you been getting your weekly emails? If so check the address they are sent to. This is your Fitbit login address.
Currently you have posted from an account that was created yesterday.
You might have to follow @SunsetRunner 's advice and see if support can sort things out.
