Am I the only one who hates the strap on the Versa3?
It was always falling off because of the stupid way the clip works. This time... it's gone for good. Lost on a night out in Leeds.
It's a lot of money to lose due to what I consider a design flaw.
Message to Mr. Fitbit. When you improve the strap, advertise it well and I may buy another...although that would be admitting a fault which large corporations NEVER do.

I bet you didn't superglue the strap like i said (and like I didn't 😏)
I would never go back. Just buy a cheaper chinese copy. If you lose it, just buy another. I've had my copy for over a year now. It cost me £30 so it owes me nothing (unlike Fitbit who do nothing to help). I'm suprised you haven't lost if before now although covid lockdown will have helped. You could only lose it in your house up until lockdown ended.
I think the strap is designed with the stupid clip just so you DO lose it and have to buy another. I really don't know how they get away with it. I know you loved it but seriously, don't waste you more, come to the dark side....
