I was checking my sleep nightly record on my phone this morning (very early and without my glasses).  Something I did has deleted  my sleep record from my phone as well as all the previous sleep data that had been collected.   I don't know how to reinstall out retrieve that activity.

You probably did swipe left to remove that tile. Easily fixed.

'Edit' near top right > scroll down to 'Additional Stats'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
