Major Connectivity issues

So my versa lite has had difficulty with syncing over the last few weeks and despite restarting my phone, fitbit, uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app, disabling bluetooth and wifi, unpairing other bluetooth devices and setting everything back up again, setting my watch up again through the app it's still not working. Not sure what else to try as I've searched and tried all suggestions out there. Help!

Hi @Frenchtexasgirl , it seems that Samsung users have more problems after the new Firmware Version than other Android devices.

Try this:

1. Remove the Fitbit app from your phone

2. Restart your phone without enabling BT. When it's automatically enabled, disable it.

3. Reinstall Fitbit app

4. Press add device and choose Versa 2

5. Let Fitbit find your Versa

6. Once found, Fitbit will tell you that BT is not enabled and if you will allow Fitbit to enable BT. Press yes.

7.Once found, sync your Versa 2 with your Fitbit app manually.

Good luck and regards kuzibri

I’m having the same issues but with an iPhone X pro. Everything is up to date.

Hi @djintel , this is a known problem, see this warning: https://help.fitbit.com/?p=versa on top of the page. This time the blame lies by Apple, who changed the rules of notifications in the iOS 13 update without informing Fitbit about it. that's why it takes so long for Fitbit to solve this problem. It was working fine 2 days ago there hasn't been a recent apple update.  Today the battery also went from 100% to about 45% in less than a day.  Something is up with the watch itself.

What if I've tried this and the phone registers my versa but is unable to connect.  I have a versa lite.
