Manage apps error message

In the Fitbit app (I have stupidly transferred to google) I am trying to manage apps to pair my versa fit 2 with Apple health. However I keep getting an error message (tried for a week) stating something went wrong. Is this because I transferred to Google? Can I not manage apps now?
