Versa 3 draining battery

I've had my versa 3 for just over 1 year. It worked great until 3 days ago. Suddenly battery drains in less than 6 hours. My screen is on dim, it's not connected to receive texts/calls, the clock isn't always on, etc. I've shut it down, tried a factory reset and disconnected Bluetooth to see if it was app vs watch.

I've tried all the tips and tricks and customer service gave me 30% off coupon for a new one.

I can't believe this is the only answer. If it is, I'll never buy another Fitbit product.

Hi @Johvizz - unfortunately the symptoms you describe are that of internal damage most likely from moisture getting in.

To make matters worse the minimal discount is only available on the more expensive models which don't have all the features you have currently.

If you are switching brands consider Garmin, some models have longer battery life than Fitbit and more features.

I feel like mine got so much worse when they added the Health Metrics feature. I have been a fitbit user for many years and I am so tired of these products not lasting.

Thanks for this info and Garmin rec. I was sweating while wearing it during a bike ride. It's unfortunate you can't sweat during an exercise while wearing an exercise tracker. Very disappointed in Fitbit
