My Fitbit is less than 12 months old. It has suddenly gone to a half green screen or grey vertical lines. Have fully charged and forced a reboot with no success. Very disappointed

Mine is about 2 years old, was working fine until about half way through the morning. Was frozen on a message, it finally cleared now I have blue,black, and yellow across the screen

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
