Im new to this product, fitbit versa lite, and was just wondering is possible to manually record an interval session? or it auto does it for me? for example: 12X400m, each lap it shows the time, and when the lap is finished there is a quick way to store the time for this single lap, and then tap again when starting the next one and repeat the same. So at the end of the day there would be a reference of 12 individual laps of 400m with the time used displayed behind it? if not ill just use the timer, but is it possible to record all the data that way, or the exercise app has the ability?
