I have a pretty good feeling this thing is just toast. But maybe y'all can help me. The screen on my versa became unresponsive to touch. It'll still turn on but I can't get a swipe or anything to go. I reset it a few times this morning. No changes. I can not get it factory reset to save my life. Reached out to Customer Service and I'm 2 months to the day out of the 12 month warranty. HA. They offered a discount for a new fitbit but I'm a little leary on walking back down this path.
Any tricks for getting this baby to actually factory reset? Any tips for the 3 button timing?

@beetleginny it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Versa experienced, I'm sorry to hear that your were told that your Versa is not longer under warranty.
The warranty period is good for 265 days starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving our products and services.
