Many issues with both Versa 3 and Aria scale

I’ve been a Fitbit user for several years and never had these issues . Aria scale will not sync and it no longer shows bmi or fat percentage. I’ve tried all recommendations of corrections nothing works . My Versa will not update and I’ve had similar issues with that . I’ve called customer service 3 times and got disconnected . They are no help at all .
