My Fitbit versa two has stopped mapping my walks, does anyone know how to resolve this. Thanks.

At the risk of sounding too simplistic...

  • you are starting a walk exercise using your Versa 2?
  • you are waiting for the "Connecting..." message to change to "Connected" before pressing the "right arrow"?
  • when you are finished you are pressing the "pause" and then the checkered-flag icon and then the "end" icon?

If all of the above are answered with "Yes" then it isn't a GPS issue that some are experiencing.

When you look at the exercise record on your mobile app, do you just get a dark square where the map used to be and possibly a "spinning circle" in the middle of it? If so, this has been reported by a few individuals and I don't believe a solution has been presented.

Sorry for not really being able to help, but this is indeed normally the right place to come for answers.

Good luck and welcome to the boards.
