Last Monday, my Versa Lite stopped measuring my heart rate sometime in the middle of the night. Then, it started being unresponsive to taps on the screen. Over the course of the week, the whole thing has basically died with nothing on the screen at all and no green light at the back, despite a full charge.
This Fitbit was only purchased in January, so hoping something can be done.
Any ideas on how to fix this or request a replacement?

Hi @Jojo705, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped turning on and it became unresponsive, even though it was fully charge.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.

Same here. I've made a post about it. I think its widespread by the looks of it. Im waiting on a reply from Fitbit
