Message From Clean and Smart Plus?

I have a message on my versa 2 from Clean and Smart Plus that I cannot delete 

Can someone help me please?

I am a senior citizen with reasonable IT skills

Got this message too! It's the watch face you selected.  It wants you to pay for it.  Choose a free face and it goes away.

Spent 1 hour on the phone with Fitbit support in America . A very nice chap tried in vain to delete the message but failed. He then told me that he would replace the Watch free of charge. Three cheers to Fitbit for outstanding Customer Service.

You are driving along and look at you watch and this black screen appear saying you must go to someone's web site.  You try to swipe the message but the message does not go a way.  Back home you go to this website but it gives no way to say NO. Stopping the watch functionality to force the user to sign up for a paid service could not happen without fit bit support.  It is outrageous.  That app is still on my phone someplace .   My last Fitbit
