I have owned a fitbit for several years. Syncing music has been a nightmare from the beginning-- overly cumbersome, time-consuming, non-intuitive, and frequently malfunctioning. I finally was able to get a playlist downloaded a few years ago and never have wanted to mess with it. Several months ago, I tried to sync new music, and despite dozens of attempts, following every single solitary troubleshooting steps, I finally had to call Fitbit techs. Again, despite many many hours on the phone with multiple people, still no satisfaction.
I just ordered an Apple watch. I'll be happy to pay a premium for a functioning watch -- but more importantly, I will finally get reasonable customer service.
