every time i go into my phone app the same message or notification comes up as if it was new ? lost on this one, know big deal, just boring , to double look every time thanks all

Hi, which kind of message or notification do you get? Is it in the Fitbit app or on your Versa? This determines the kind of solution for your problem.

Hi, what you could try to get rid of this message/notifications is to quit the Fitbit app, restart your phone and restart your Fitbit app and see if that solves this problem.
