I have a message on my fitbit versa that wont delete even after I hit clear all. How do i get rid of it? Help

Hi @DCadena , before I'm going to explain you that, did you upgrade your Versa to the newest Firmware version 70.7.14? You can find it the settings of your Versa - Device info. Reason for asking this is the fact that the new Firmware version contains a bug mainly affecting Versa's. One of the problems that has been regularly shared after the update, is that their screen went black and would not turn on again, others complained about severe battery drainage and, last but not least, the restart procedure is different in the new version. I really want to help you get rid of the one message, but will not be responsible for bricking your watch cause you have the newest update. regards kuzibri
