Microphone Broke

Had the versa 2 about a week and microphone feature has never worked from day 1.  Turn on and off, try with Alexa and with text reply and nothing.  Bought my wife the rose color one and get hers set up.  Tried Alexa and text response and worked as expected with no problems.  Made me realize I wasn't missing something with my settings and I think there was a manufacturing issue.  Would be a nice function to use especially with text reply.  Was going to buy one for my brother's birthday but reconsidering.
