I'm getting really upset. My Versa died suddenly and I ordered a Versa 2. Well it arrived today and the microphone hasn't worked for me once to communicate with Alexa or reply to text messages. I tried shutting down the watch and turning it back on. Nothing is working and I'm thinking of forgoing any more Fitbit products. How do I fix this??
