Mile split stats not showing up

Hi everyone,

I received a Fitbit Versa Lite for my birthday in April. I have hd o issues until last week: the mile split link on my dashboard disappeared. I am training for a half marathon next month and I need those stats to track my pace for each mile. I have been in contact with Fitbit tech support via live chat and they couldn't figure out the problem. So they referred me to "higher tech support" as they called it. I have received 2 emails from them with suggestions about how to fix the problem. None of them worked. This issue has been going on for a week and I am desperate to get it fixed! The half marathon is Sept 7th and I want this issue solved asap! Anyone have any tips or suggestions??  Thanks!

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Sorry for the delayed response.

I regret to hear that you are having difficulties to see your mile split stats. Thank you for the information provided.

In order to have a better idea of the situation, please be so kind to respond the following questions:

- Do you manually hit the lap button or is it set automatically?

- Do you register your activities with or without connected GPS?

- Have you checked if your mile split stats show up on the online Dashboard?

I'll be waiting for your response.
