I restarted my watch and it's still not logging in my heart rate and keeps saying where your fitbit!?

Have you restarted the watch?

Is it syncing normally in the Fitbit App, and showing heart rate?

Did you accidentally turn heart rate off in the Settings on the watch?

I haven't restarted the watch I'll try that, and no I didn't turn it off in
the settings
