I’ve misplaced my Versa 2 and I’m wondering if there is a way to track it

Hello @carolineW23 and welcome to the Community.  If your Versa 2 is connected to your your phone, then it is close by and you can try a Bluetooth finder app.  They are available in the App Store or Google Play Store.  I never used one, so I don't have a preference.  If your Versa 2 isn't connected, then you will need to retrace your steps and keep searching.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @carolineW23 and thank you for your assistance @LZeeW. I'm sorry to hear you lost your Versa 2.

 

Since you lost your Fitbit device, try the tips below to find it:

  • Check the Fitbit app to see the last time your device synced. If it synced recently, it's likely within range of your phone.

  • Take your phone to the area where you think you lost your device and try to sync. If your device syncs, it's nearby.

  • Try using a Bluetooth locator app to help you find your device. For iPhone, try LightBlue Explorer. For Android, try Bluetooth Finder.

I noticed that you recently synced your device so it should be close.
